The Safe® provides four basic types of reporting.

1.     Audit Control Reports

    2.     User Requested Reports

        3.     User Defined Reports

             4.     Online Operational Reports

 

Audit Control Reports provide the necessary documentation of financial entries, data management, Control File changes, etc. The reports are provided to allow for confirmation of interface feeds and insure data validity. This type of report includes, but is not limited to, the following:

        Financial Entries Held Report

        Financial Entries Released Report

        Transaction Reject Report

        Accrual Journal

        Rental Journal

        Refund Report

        System Recap Report

        Log Report

        Delinquency Report

        General Ledger Interface Report

 

User Requested Reports are predefined reports that can be selected, sorted, and scheduled based on user criteria. This funtionality allows the user to select the boxes or customers for which the report will provide the predefined information. Because the user can select the frequency, sort parameters, totaling options, and data base, each report may be requested in multiple ways to meet the specific needs of the environment. The Deposit Box Inventory report, for instance, may be selected to provide a list of available boxes by size on a weekly basis. The same report may also be requested to provide a list of the rented boxes sorted and totaled by payment method on a monthly basis. Multiple selections are allowed for each report type.

User Defined Reports allow users to identify and interrogate information to meet unique reporting needs. This capability allows the user to identify the information to be reported in addition to the boxes or customers on which to report.

 

Online Operational Reports are predefined reports the system makes available to the online cycle. These operational reports provide information necessary and/or beneficial to the branch and administrative environments . This multi-hierarchical reporting capability includes but is not limited to the following:

 

        Available Deposit Box Lists

        Deposit Box Inventory by Status (within branch and within bank)

        Customer Listings (by name, type, social security number, box number)

        Occupancy Statistics

        Income Statistics

        Discount Statistics

        Box Inventory by Status

        Exception Listings

Past Due Boxes

Boxes Pending Drill

Boxes Drilled

Boxes needing additional information

Out of Service Boxes

Credit Balance Boxes

Fees Due Boxes
