Application software originated as a vehicle to address identified business needs. We are proud to remain true to that vision. System changes sometimes result from changes to the environments in which our customers operate and technology updates. The majority of the enhancements to the system, however, result from client suggestions. Our clients are the experts! The individuals who spend day after day in the enviroment in which the system must function are the most qualified people to tell us what they need. We provide enhanced capability without impacting existing functionality.whenever possible. We can not always make every client request a part of the core system. In situations when we can not incorporate a particular request into the system, we are more than happy to assist in the development of custom code to address the client's needs. Our products are designed for the mainframe CICS environment. We are not, however, unaware of the benefits of other environments. We individually and collectively take advantage of the benefits of the PC environment by utilizing email, our web site, and pc based development tools. Our systems are designed to allow interface with multiple applications in varying environments. Our clients regularly load the reporting files created during the batch process (mainframe) into their PC's to create graphs and additional statistical analysis. Our letter definition options may be used to actually create letters during a batch cycle or create a file that is then fed to a forms generation system.
