 TRACKER 2000®

Optional Interface Capabilities

TRACKER 2000® allows optional interfaces to external systems. To minimize source code changes that are usually required to customize interfaces, MainSoft provides user maintained copybooks as a client courtesy. The most common systems interfaced to TRACKER 2000® are:

Loan origination systems - TRACKER 2000® interfaces with the systems that service customer accounts prior to delinquency. These systems, until account charge-off, actually "own" the account information. The information received from the owner system is defined by each client and may vary by owner application or account type. Legacy systems may provide the capability of selecting the information passed into the system but they do not allow the flexibility of TRACKER 2000®. With TRACKER 2000® you decide not only what information you want available but where and how you want it displayed on the screens. Furthermore, no interface or coding changes are necessary to modify these online displays. Changes are made through control file definition.

Account receivable systems - TRACKER 2000® has the optional capability for online, realtime access to owner system's history information. Legacy systems may provide the capability of selecting the information from the owner system and storing it in collections. This process allows you to see the information as it existed when the file was created. TRACKER 2000® allows you to see the current condition of the account.

Customer Information System - TRACKER 2000's® customer information interface addresses the constant issue of having to maintain customer information on multiple systems. TRACKER 2000® will allow the storing of account data should you elect to do so (as in the case of charged-off accounts that may no longer be resident on your CIF system) but it is not necessary to duplicate information on several different systems.

Platform systems - TRACKER 2000® can accommodate data streaming or "screen scraping" requirements for interfacing with your existing platform system. TRACKER 2000® can replace a system currently operating through your platform system and your end users never know the system was changed.

External Forms Generator - TRACKER 2000's® ability to extract information from the collections data files often encourages clients to request feeds to external forms generators. TRACKER 2000's® ability to interface with these systems makes it possible for clients to get the detailed information available only in the collection environment printed on existing customized forms. This can be particularly beneficial during audits and at year end for processing 1099 forms.

Report Distribution Systems - TRACKER 2000's® reporting capability is amazing. Being able to provide management the statistical information desired is a critical component to the system. It is additionally beneficial to end users to be able to view this information through existing online report distribution systems. TRACKER 2000's® reports are easily distributed through your existing online distribution network should you elect to do so.

Security - TRACKER 2000's® internal security features may be used in lieu of, in conjunction with, or in addition to your existing mainframe security system. If you opt not to use the internal system and to depend totally on existing mainframe security, that too is an option.
